CMV CAMPUS STARTS ON 7TH JUNE!

Educational workshops for young scientists await your children aged 3 to 12: robots, microscopes, tinkering workshops, art workshops and much more between games, science and fun, to unleash creativity and imagination!

CAMPUS CMV starts every week, Monday to Friday, according to the following schedule:
  • 7 June – 11 June
  • 14 June – 18 June
  • 21 June – 25 June
  • 28 June – 2 July
  • 5 July – 9 July
  • 12 July – 16 July
  • 19 July – 23 July
  • 26 July – 30 July
  • 2 August – 6 August
  • 9 August – 13 August
  • 23 August – 27 August
  • 30 August – 3 September
  • 6 September – 10 September


CAMPUS CHILDREN 6-12 years: 7 June – 10 September
CAMPUS BABY 3-5 years: from 5 July to 10 September

Participation in the CAMPUS CMV is limited to a maximum of
– 16 children from 6 to 12 years in 2 groups
– 21 children from 3 to 5 years old in 3 groups.

It is also possible to enrol for several weeks, consecutive or not.

 

 DAILY PROGRAMME
The CAMPUS CMV will be structured according to the following programme:
8:00 – 8:30 a.m.: Reception
8:30 – 10:10 a.m.: Experimental workshop activities
10:00 – 10:30 a.m.: Snack break
10:30 – 12:00 p.m.: Fun and educational activities in the museum
12:00 – 12:30 p.m.: Exit of the children (enrolled for half a day) – Preparation for lunch
12:45 – 1:45 p.m.: Lunch at the restaurant “La Grotta Azzurra
1.45 – 2.30 p.m.: Relaxation time (reading, drawing, board games)
2.30 – 4.00 p.m.: Weekly project (art, music, theatre)
4.00 – 4.30 p.m.: Snack break
4.30 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.: Leisure activities and exit
 SAFETY MEASURES
All activities at CAMPUS CMV will be carried out safely and in accordance with the protocols issued by the Government and the Region, as follows:

  • Triage area with temperature measurement and verification of PPE equipment (to be provided by each participant) during the reception phase.
  • For safety reasons, the educator/child ratio will be as follows:
    CAMPUS BABY 3-5 years – 1 operator for every 7 children
    CAMPUS CHILDREN 6-12 years – 1 operator every 10 children
  • The staff will follow the participants both during the activities and at all times of the day.
  • Hand sanitation before and after each activity.
  • Use of individual working tools, in order to avoid the exchange of material between participants.
  • Sanitisation of materials before and after each activity.
  • Sanitisation of sanitary facilities whenever they are used.
  • Sanitisation of places at the end of the day.
 WEEKLY MENU
For those who choose the lunch option, the menu changes weekly.

A water bottle is recommended and should be carried at all times.
A snack is always included.
 ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
1. A complete form must be filled in for each child (even if they are siblings).

2. Enrolment is considered complete with the completion of the documentation that the Education Secretariat will send to your email address.

reception 8.00/8.30 – collection 16.30/17.00
200 euros per week (lunch included!)

4. A 10% discount applies in the following cases:

  • For those who book the CAMPUS FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS
  • For registering siblings
    (non-cumulative discount)

5. The fee includes

Insurance
Activities inside the museum
Laboratory activities
Individual and disposable materials
CMV gadgets
Mid-morning and afternoon snack (for package 2)
Lunch if package 2 is chosen

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Once you have sent this form, you will receive a confirmation of enrolment with all the instructions to proceed with the payment and the documentation to be completed.
The total amount must be paid by bank transfer.
The participation fee can also be covered in its entirety by the Bonus Baby-sitter made available by INPS.

7. Failure to pay, or payment after 48 hours from receipt of the following email, or failure to send the required documentation will not allow the confirmation of registration to be completed.

8. It is compulsory to register within a maximum of 5 working days (Mondays) from the start of the selected dates.

9. In the event that you are unable to attend, you must register afterwards:

  • In the event of partial or total absence from the registration, the fee will not be refunded.
  • Notify your absence by the Wednesday before segreteria@cmverona.it.
  • If the absence is for the whole week, it is possible to move the participation to another date to be agreed.
