The groups, accompanied by the operators, will walk to M16 Bistrot, within the same area of the former Magazzini Generali.

A water bottle is recommended to be carried at all times.
Morning and afternoon snacks are always included.
For allergies and specific dietary requirements, please make specific reference to the secretariat at the time of enrolment.

The fee includes, for the Junior (3-5 years) and Young (6-12 years) age groups:
Insurance
Activities inside the museum
Activities inside the workshop
Materials for individual and disposable use
Gadgets from the Children’s Museum Verona
Mid-morning and afternoon snack
Lunch at the restaurant

• for those who book the campus for at least two weeks;
• for simultaneous enrolment of siblings.

The 10% discount cannot be combined with any contribution offered by Generas Foundation.

Thanks to the Generas Foundation contribution to the Edunauta initiative, 50% of the costs (100 euros per week) will be covered for a limited number of low-income families.

• A completed form is required for each child (even if siblings).
• Completion of the form does not automatically imply enrolment.
• Enrolment will be considered complete with the completion and return of the documentation that the secretariat will send by email.
• The registration fee must be paid, after being contacted by the secretariat, by bank transfer made out to:

• Once the transfer has been made, please send the payment receipt to: segreteria@cmverona.it.
• Non-payment, payment after 48 hours from receipt of the email from the secretariat or failure to send the required documentation will not allow the registration to be finalised.
• Registration must be made within a maximum of one working week (Monday) from the start of the selected dates.
• In the event that you are unable to attend, once your registration has been completed:
  • notify the absence by the Wednesday before segreteria@cmverona.it;
  • if the absence refers to an entire week, it will be possible to reschedule participation for another week to be agreed upon;
  • in the event of partial or total absence from the registration, the fee will not be refunded.

• Staff will accompany participants both during the activities and at all times during the day.
• Use of individual working tools in order to avoid the exchange of material between participants.
• Use of masks by all operators involved.
• Hand sanitisation before and after each activity.
• Sanitisation of the premises at the end of the day.
