CMV on excursion! Cycling along the Mincio

A cycle route within the Mincio River Natural Park, one of the most beautiful and popular cycle paths on the border between Veneto and Lombardy.
The excursion starts from the town of Borghetto di Valeggio sul Mincio, an ancient medieval village, characteristic for its small lakes and old mills.
The route, which winds its way along the shady banks of the river, is flat and follows traffic-free roads, making it particularly suitable for families.
The length (one way) is 15 km (30 km return) and allows you to reach the centre of Peschiera del Garda, then rest along the banks and enjoy the lake breeze.
During the stop at the lake they will carry out experimental activities related to bicycle mechanics and sustainable mobility, according to the principles of Agenda 2030, and participating children will get a free gadget..

After refreshments and the conclusion of the activity, we will cycle back to Borghetto.

This “CMV on excursion!” event is part of the Adventure trails.
